Hi,

I received an offer from OCBC.
They said is a special offer.

Loan Amt : 240k
Interest : BLR -2.1%

Is it recommended? What else I should take note?

Lock in period 3 years..
Legal fees we need to bear..is it normal?
If we buy second hand condo,is it normal to pay for valuation, bank legal fees,s&p legal fees, stamp duty..what else?
Appreciate some advice

Yes it is normal

yes it is normal to pay all that you have mention. You also need to pay legal fees for the lawyer that you hire + some misc charges.

i already consult most of d bank..
seems like most of d banks now offer -2.2% from blr...
publicbank,uob,ocbc n etc..

so how to choose now?
there must be some element/s that differentiate all this banks..
