hye all...
need some help here..
i want to purchase a condo...but this will be my 1st time buying property..
so i have like 0% knowledge on this..
could some one care to help me out here?

The details:
Type: Condo
Location: Ara Damansara
Price: RM300 000.00
Spec: Basic original unit.rented to 1 tenant.
My Salary: min take home pay rm7700
Age: 24y.o
juz applied one bank islam CC...

could someone advice me on d best bank rate?how do i get start?

i already consult most of d bank..
seems like most of d banks now offer -2.2% from blr...
publicbank,uob,ocbc n etc..

so how to choose now?
there must be some element/s that differentiate all this banks..

my loan for a condo in KJ area juz been approved..
d loan is for 330k(90% loan)...n i got BLR-2.3% for d whole tenure..
but d lock in period is 5 years(which i dun mind since im goin to stay in tht house)...
its from OCBC bank..
mayb u guys shud giv a call to any bankers offering d same deal..
i think its d best deal in town for now..

maybank offer me -2.2% but 95%loan...
all other details are d same..so which is better?
ocbc or maybank?
