Just gotten loan from HSBC for BLR - 2.15 last month. The house I bought is in Taman Putra Prima. I taken the loan of about RM400000. The bank is also ready to loan additional 5% to cover for the bank legal fee.

Yes is a nice deal. I didn't wanted other bank is because I am stil in lock in period with HSBC. By getting back HSBC I can waive the penalty. rclxms.gif

If BLR go down you pay less. If BLR go up you pay more. Bank will always inform if there is any changes to BLR

You might still get BLR - 2.15 but sure no ZEC

Can try HSBC. They might give BLR - 2.2 depend on the amount.

yes it is normal to pay all that you have mention. You also need to pay legal fees for the lawyer that you hire + some misc charges.

I suggest you check with HSBC bank officer. I did refinancing with HSBC 1 year ago. Never had seen "progressive drawdown".
