You have all the rights to complain ... and you should.

I take it that they need to perform upgrade etc which is normal for new network to become stable (that's why it's always not good idea to be the FIRST to subscribe to new service), but if problem still persist ... then you might want to reconsider.

Last 2 weeks the speed is so great, i can play online game and youtube'ing.
But now, i cant even browse any site smothly included google in setapak area.
I guess is the number of users is increasing and their base station bandwidth cant support with this 'potential' growing customers.

I think should be sufficient too for u! Downloaders I am pointing to those 24/7/365 on computer and download a lot of rubbish and delete it immediately because they found the downloaded contents are useless!

Yeah ... May be fair usage policy helps those normal users browse faster in better quality!

IzzI is using iBurst and P1 is using WiMAX! Cannot compare!
Just like you impossible to compare WiMAX technology with HSPDA! They serve different purpose!
WiMAX this technology is awesome!

Customer service is another important role when you choose service provider!
I am using Jaring wired 1M! Damn freaking fast their customer service!
Wish P1 can learn from Jaring and .... Better than them!
Great amount of customers should not used as a reason to cover up the poor customer service like streamyx!

Unfortunate, the monthly bandwith only alow 20Gb. No matter what the speed, the result is same 20GB.

Not every day got those speed, some day at certain time only, others time is 1.8mbps or bad signal is 1.4mbps
The time good connection is during maintenance time

I get the 1200 packages only need to pay for monthly fee RM89. The Register, activation, installation, modem, and so on is free of charges.
Due to Trail user no need pay the processing fee

Anyway, the speed depended on area that you stay and number of user. Besides, it also depended on how far your house and the base station plus depend the signal blocking by building (Condo, flat, high rise shop lot, and so on)

Bear in mind, after many users, i don't think you can get more than 1.2mbps.
Their marketing people said that once the base station reach 80% of load, they will build another base station.

Wonder, this P1™ @ Green Packet™ will coverage whole Malaysia or just another izzi?

Anyway, soon they will block to 20gb, but not yet

Their sales department advice me about don't upgrade to 2400 package yet. This is due to you cannot test or trail before you subscribe and you don't know wither can support or not.

Besides, the upload still 500kb, monthly bandwidth quota only 20GB but the $ need pay 2x.
In conclusion, I awaiting them to change their package to 40~50GB and 1024 upload. Then only I change to 2400 packages.

Looks like a pretty good deal there, even with steamyx..it's not always up to speed and lots of downtimes..can't even upload pics to facebook for a few days. I don't it will be another Izzi, they already have plans to reach whole klang valley and many parts of west msia but end of this year..plus they are supported by big giant Intel to run the project anyways. Glad to hear they will build more towers when reach 80%, better than no plans to do so at all..anyone knows how the tower looks like??

Well, for us who've been living with Screamyx I believe it's important to do what you have said then to only say what you have said and need to be reminded what you've said and not do. LOL!

At least their sales department is open about advice. Rather than just eating your money to sell you the 2400 package they didn't sell you better speed and what not but told you something which made sense.

I remember any Screamyx promoter would ask if you have Streamyx and try to get you on a higher package so their commission may be higher.
I'm also waiting here.

But it'll be interesting to lug the Wimax modem around for a day and see how's the speed everywhere else. Though I don't think can bring it out of the borders since there'll be that nationwide access fee thing.
