Added on April 8, 2010, 8:19 am QUOTE(shadow111 @ Apr 7 2010, 04:06 PM) can i know how much is the external 3g antenna? does it directly plug into the modem or those that need to place outside the house type? Yup thats the one I bought. It is a little pricey but I can't find other alternatives. I had a feeling that it is pretty simple to make. But I have no access to spectrum analyzers and I can't use my company's hehehe...arldy found the post here http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...9&hl=3g+antenna seem to me it's a bit expensive just for the antenna. But we need to know the resonance frequency or which frequency to tune to so that it will match Huawei's modem (impedance). This will ensure max power is transferred to the modem for performance (gain).Added on April 8, 2010, 8:57 am errrmmm... i m electronic noobies nia.. isn't antenna is juz somethin like a metal road nia? it's somethin like those tv antenna.. we can simply use some metal road n it can works also.. |

Added on April 8, 2010, 10:46 pmanother suggestion is this.... after some searching, seem that MF600 is lousy as it only comes with one LAN port and no extra port or wireless capabilities.
E1762 is still the best deal.. |
