Oh yeah cracksys

It would work , but it takes time. You'll have to really work on it as in sending letters and such

Oh , its not free laptop. Maxis never ever gives stuff for free. Usually there are hidden charges and they'll ask you to pay for it. The difference here is that the Dell Mini 9 lappie comes with UMTS Module that allows you to use SIM Card. I am not sure if Maxis has unlocked it so that we can use with other providers once the 6 months is over

After that you'll have to pay RM 70+ if you want to continue to use maxis broadband with your laptop

If you ask me , its better to take the 12 months or 24 months installment direct from Dell and get the laptop

no, i don't think you can upgrade WBB to 3G package as that unlimited Internet2Go is exclusive for Postpaid user only.

Do you all know the real tech specs of this Mini Dell 9?
I can't seem to find it on Maxis's Website.

However a quick search on Google revealed that it's quite a watered down spec laptop similar like the Asus EeePC.

Intel Atom processor
Upto only 1GB of ram
Very small capacity HDD

Well like it or not, they were quite successful in capturing the :bling-bling: young girls market and making them sell their souls for the next 24 months just like what the girl host in the Youtube video mentioned.

Which girl wouldn't, when you can just pay RM99 a month while you get to show off to your friends a new glittering finish lappie which comes with a wireless broadband account?

Thing is, the performance will get sluggish as soon as you open up the second tab on your Firefox browser...
For games probably you want to try out old hits like Starcraft, etc.

Hi guys,
I had found 1 funny phenomenon for my maxis I2G. I orient my phone to certain direction, the connection will stay at 3.5G and the sustaining speed max out at 90KB/s biggrin.gif
No joke biggrin.gif

I attached as a proof...
