Your OC is good. You could probably push it higher.

However, to stress the CPU, don't use "blend test". Use "Small FFTs - stress CPU"..... smile.gif

i tot nid to stress the ram togater? no nid?? 3.0 @ 1.3v is for 24/7 setup.. the ram runing @ 333mhz 3-3-39 better or 400mhz @ 4-4-4-12?

If you're overclocking your CPU, then you have to stress it first with "Small FFTs". This will stress the CPU to the max. Once you know it is stable at whatever OC you've set, only then do you stress your whole setup using "blend" test....

Normally I use Small fft + Large fft stress together... If processor not stable.. Either one will show error..

Ish .. I already got bored with my processor.. 3.4Ghz that's all.. I wanna try E4xxx series.. ( Cause low budget to get E6xxx ) ..

Any recommendation?

to all sifus here.. which clock setting is suggested by u all to run at 24/7?
*
Ah.. RAM setting.. I'd prefer the 3-3-3 one.. 3-3-3 setting always looks cool tongue.gif but I think you better try superpi and select which setting is best (fastest).. perhaps if you can get 4-4-4-x at over DDR2-1k then, it'll be very nice.. biggrin.gif

good oc at stock volt.. if you use good psu + hsf, don't afraid to bump your vcore.. my suggestion is not to go over 1.45vcore for 24/7 setup.. I had mine L2 stuck at 3.2Gig only at 1.40vcore.. shame that has to put 1.55vcore just to get 3.3Gig stable but not worth to get extra 0.1Gig for such voltage increment..

don't worry about blend test.. I favour them over small fft as you want to make your system stable 24/7 not just the proc rite??

mine below.. nothing to be proud of.. just 3.2Gig.. you can go higher brows.gif

My motherboard can reach 440FSB without increasing voltage for NB..

Anyway, yes the cooler still up for sale..

You judge urself if it's good.. I don't know ..

i think a lot of older batches can do 420 but not many can do about 440Mhz.. even mine i find it tough to get 440Mhz*8... e2160 should be able to get 450Mhz... coz the average OCing for e2160 is about 3.6Ghz..

rozz, oi, beli new psu that can support the stress and then OC.. be patient like i am at the moment. I have not OC-ed in a month now smile.gif

Aiyo.. Why I so stupid.. Now only realise my motherboard supports Flex memory mode..

Therefore, I no need to find 2x512mb to run Dual Channel.. Just throw in another 1gb RAM will do..

Will flex mode overclock as good as dual channel? sweat.gif
