This my spec.
E2160 L2 Stepping wif Silverstone NTO2
Abit AW9D-MAX
Kingston DDR2 667 2 X1G Hynix FPY5
HDD 160G
Cooler master igreen 600watt

my temp seems not so good..
edy apply Tuniq-TX2 to all NB,SB Heatsink and mosfat Heatsink.
btw..its cooler than my proc wif stock cooler
any advices

Hi sifu2 how to overclock Ram?
now im stuck in Ram frequency i think.
mine Kingston DDR2 667 2 X 1G Hynix FP-Y5 chip.
can't increase my ram freq over 750mhz
timing is 5-5-5-15

try increase to 2.2v..but still the same..
now i put Vcore more..

my previous AB9 Pro mobo can clock my Ram to 834mzh..
my be sumthin wrong wif my AW9D-Max
can throw it ..now ram cheap edy

i use my psb strap 1333
if i use 1066..sure kantoi..

btw.i edy update my AW9D Max bios to Bios17
but nothing special la i think.
previously my bios is bios15,is it ok i skip bios 16 and flash it straight away to bios 17?
north bridge?u mean mch volt?i totally no idea on that vmch.
now this my bios setting
Vcore 1.6 volt---suddenly my insaneness's become higher,i put my vcore to 1.7v!..hahahha..my mobo can't boot..POST error 9.0!suicide
Vdimm 1.9 volt---edy increase to 2.1,2.2 & 2.3v..no help
vmch 1.55-----this one i no idea lor..noob
but i check my NB HSink not hot lor..edy attach it wif high performance fan and feel it wif my finger..no hot at all
the highest can get 3.45G stable to run 3d mark06 wif 11670K(forgot to print screenies ) wif my stock clock 8800gt
btw.this my 3dmark06 previous result.
database detect my e2160 as E4300

but i suspect sumthin wrong wif my ram slot

my freq not detected in CPU-Z

in my bios got mch + Pcie volt and default is 1.5 volt.
aiyak..i need to do more research for my mobo liao
seems like i need to push my mch+Pcie voltage to 1.7V! (according to pcmoding reviews)
dun want to do that..mobo dun have warranty edy lor

i heard that u need to BSEL mode to oc ur proc wif cheapo mobo.
me no idea on this.
