Not afraid of high volts...using those volts with improper cooling does not make sence to me bro...no offence but its just my thinking doh.gif
Hehehe!!!! Who knows if you use 1.5 ->1.7 above and ure on WC or dryice you might get better stability at tht vcore...
But heck wats OCing without calculated risc? icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

These Corsair Value Rams are definitely not meant for overclocking. If you don't have lots of cash to spend, get a Hynix FP-Y5 like what bro rozz_1291 says or get Ballistix. There are better ones but it'll also cost more.

But bro..nowaday hard to find Kingston ram with Hynix FP-Y5..all the kingston ram is kingston label one.. sad.gif

No lar.. Actually I also don't want to push till 1.78v .. But you know Gigabyte motherboard.. There vcore is something like 1.5xx, 1.5xx, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 ..
There's no 1.6xx .. So, when i set 1.6v in EasyTunePro .. It will bump straight to 1.78v which is 1.8v in BIOS reading.. Might as well test it..
And I know the term lar .. without proper cooling.. Can't get higher clock speed.. Just like a car, overheat already where can run..
The max I get is 3510MHz .. Don't want spend on WC .. Not worth cause can get E-6xxx & OC which is faster than my processor at 3.6Ghz..

Oh to FuiLo, Corsair is the worst RAM i ever use b4.. tongue.gif
New batch Team Ram all are craps.. Not so lucky already.. Better find those people who stable it at 1000mhz in garage sale..
