Booked for Sunday at GSC 1U in HFR 3D + Atmos. It will be my first Atmos film.

Didn't know GSC had it. Was planning on watching at TGV for the sake of HFR 3D, now GSC has HFR 3D and then Atmos as well!  biggrin.gif  Should be an interesting experience.

Basically Atmos is better audio quality. Those who have tried it say the audio sounds so real its almost like you're in the middle of the action.

GSC now has something to compete with TGV's IMAX.

Dolby Atmos's additional overhead speaker make the surround effect much more seamless & natural thumbup.gif

1Utama.

if you need to buy it, buy it soon. 9.45PM is filling up (thursday). But 6.30PM is.... FRIGGING EMPTY. laugh.gif

In case you can't find it, you have to a bit lower in the movie selection, as it starts with 3D HFR Atmos, in that order. It's easier if you just choose By Cinema and go to 1 Utama. A lot more easier even.

Reviews are ok so far as an action movie. but it all depends on how fast and fluid it is. I have seen action sequences that are too fast, that makes everything look like a blur. So it's not worth the time for it to be in 3D. For example, action scenes in Captain America were so much of a blur, that it made it less engaging.

But oddly, it's hailed as a great action movie. Haha.
