GSC has no IMAX laaa. Another person kena con thinking it was IMAX. Its Maxx, not IMAX.

And for those of you who says its blurry in 3D, thats why there is a HFR 3D release which is said to be much clearer.

Are you talking about the screen size or the number of seats? Because the number of seats is more at 1U. If its the screen size then its a real bummer because the one in Pyramid is already quite small compared to the real thing.

Was never a LOTR fan but after watching this I feel like giving LOTR another shot. Should I watch the extended versions or will the normal ones do?

I heard that the trailer for The Amazing Spiderman 2 and Christopher Nolan's Interstellar will be shown before the movie starts.

Basically Atmos is better audio quality. Those who have tried it say the audio sounds so real its almost like you're in the middle of the action.

GSC now has something to compete with TGV's IMAX.

TGV IMAX only shows normal 3D. No HFR.

If the screen at GSC 1U Hall 3 is as big as IMAX then I suppose GSC 1U is the place to go.

Watched it in IMAX 3D and the 3D was surprisingly good. I felt that the movie was quite ok until they reached the fishing village where things started to get really draggy. Have to agree with some that the dragon scene drags for too long with all the chasing until it became tiring.

The soundtrack after the movie ended is a real turn off. What the hell is that?

Showtimes are usually updated until Wednesdays. You have to check back on Tuesday to see Thursdays showtimes onwards.
Its going to be playing in Atmos for at least another 2 or 3 weeks. They're not going to take down a big movie so soon. Especially when there's no bigger movie for the next few weeks.
