QUOTE(kllau3 @ Nov 23 2010, 01:46 AM) Are you mean that we can get back cash after the CW expired, assume if we didn't excise/ change to mother share? CW mostly cannot exercise/change to mothershare, mostly are cash settlement one. Added on November 23, 2010, 1:55 am The conversion ration for MUIIND-LA, LB & LC is 1:1. so i can immediate make profit if i buy in loan stock (currently at 0.16sen) then convert to mother share (0.195 sen) after maturity date? Only after you have successful converted into mothershare time then yes, you can sell. |

QUOTE Shareholders of MRCB, IJM Land will have to exchange their shares with securities in the new company which will be listed on a later date. The non-binding offer price for IJM Land and MRCB are RM3.65 and RM2.30 with premiums of 22.9% and 8.5% respectively. A definitive merger agreement will be signed by Dec 14, 2010. http://www.theedgemalaysia.com/business-ne...-be-merged.html Would like to understand, even if MRCB price drop to RM 1.50, the merge will still continue and the exchange of share still based on RM2.30 on DEC 14th? Example if i got 10 lot of MRCB now and new merge company IJCB price is RM4.00 Which means i will have 10*100*2.30/4.00=575 shares after merged....? Or they will revise if the MRCB price drop? Hi all, there is something really confused me.
1. Issuing right share and warrant 2. Consolidation, e.g. : 7164 KNM KNM GROUP BHD Consolidated Share 4 : 1 Entitlement Details: Share consolidation involving the consolidation of every 4 existing ordinary shares of RM0.25 each in KNM Group Berhad ("KNM") into 1 ordinary share of RM1.00 each in KNM ("Consolidated Share"). I would be very grateful if someone can explain a bit bit about this. Thanks in advance |

QUOTE(hibino55 @ Nov 24 2010, 03:54 PM) Thanks RM0.25 to RM1.00 is about par value of the stock. It has nothing to do with market price out there. After consolidation, if it closed at 0.44, next day after consolidation, it will open at 0.44 x 4 = 1.76 PS: if you don't understand about par value issue, it is accounting issue. Is there a section on "Private Placement" somewhere in this thread?
Does this exercise reflect badly on a stock? |

QUOTE(Polaris @ Nov 24 2010, 07:51 PM) Is there a section on "Private Placement" somewhere in this thread? usually doesn't mean anything.Does this exercise reflect badly on a stock? it's just a private fundraising by the company. if i recall you'll get a bit of EPS dilution, and your accounting would have slightly different share capital amount. |

Hi!
Anyone knows what "Public Shareholding Spread" means? This is the announcement: i) the public shareholding spread as at 23 November 2010 stood at 24.999% and hence is not in compliance with the Required Public Shareholding Spread (as defined under the ACE Market Listing Requirements); (ii) the Company has yet to formulate any rectification plans to comply with the Required Public Shareholding Spread. However, the Company is still working towards formulating plans and exploring steps to increase the liquidity of its shares and will make the appropriate announcements in relation to the status of its efforts to comply with the Required Public Shareholding Spread; (iii) the Company will submit an application of extension of time to rectify its public shareholding spread to Bursa Securities in due time. What does it mean? |
