Buy like over 10 times liao,usually got it within a week with free shipping except for the first time.

Ordered dozens of times from them already, I am waiting for two packages from them as we speak.
The timing is normally 9 or 10 days, there was once it reaches me in seven days! (WE2008) One advice I can give is make sure your postbox is large enough to fit in the package (if you are using Air Economy Bubble), otherwise people with itchy hands will just take it if it stick out too much. They do send game out one or two days earlier if you are lucky. |

yup, december month means all postal service are overloaded. should add another 5~10 days for estimated delivery time for normal airmail and postage.

I have ordered 2 item from PA 1st one is the HDMI to DVI cable using normal shipping take me around 1 week to arrived. The second item is FragFX controller due to not in stock took me around 2 weeks then on the day the ship it through Fedex and guess what it took me only 1 day to reach my house so worth it lah 20 USD for shipping .

This is my PA order history:
 All received on time! Only 1 took exactly 14 days to arrive (free shipping). Fastest on free shipping was 3 days - an S-VIDEO cable... ahaha... my very first order. On courier, 1 day via UPS. In short, they are pretty reliable. The only problem I had with them was with my order of Halo 3 LE. They sent the Mandarin version instead. In fact, everyone else who preordered got the Mandarin version. Those who ordered the normal version got lucky however, as PA shipped the english version to them first without waiting for the customers to resend the game! |

i don't think 201.48 MYR would be taxed man and better use fedex coz with free shipping the wait is very long. i ordered from play asia on dec 13 until now haven't received my package yet. at least with fedex you can track it.

Never had problem with PA b4.I always select UPS for the courier service.received the items within the next 2 days..Very efficient.. i Ordered an item on the 31st of DEC 07 at around 6 am and it already reached malaysia on the 1st of JAN 08..THey didnt courier the item to me bcoz it's holiday..For online purchase i always select either EMS or UPS to be on the safer side

,they finally let me decide to have full refund or send another folksoul to me after so many months and although they not sure is it the custom here who steal it or something.But the full refund only work when ordering new item.(while i guess they will minus it from the DMC4 which i will order in future). Folksoul nevermind i can still buy it here with cheaper price now since it is consider as older game already. |

Well what can u expect if u requested the free service????? the longest wait i experience is 1month for just a DS game......... (donno y the custom "quarantine" my game so long) from my previous experience, alway stack ur order list till packing size bigger than ur head so that ur "fiendly" postman don throw ur package like the newspaper guy did.......... the postman with van alway come deliver the packing and need signature (donno for other area, but for mine) |

Malaysian customs (or govt officials if that matters) really suck. I guess just becoz he's from Singapore (and maybe the amount of tax is not that much after currency conversion) they're charging him the tax. Stupid.

i've been purchasing from PA since 1 year ago and non of my free shipping parcel got lost in action. Patient is greatly needed. Its just a matter of time. Else, choose Fedex/UPS. That's my point of view.

First, you should check stock status. But if after a month after shipping date, still havent arrived, then something is wrong... you can email P-A about it. It's insured. Dont Worry !

for those who want to place order from PA ... expensive items better use FedEx ... cheap items prefer to use UPS/FedEx as well ... if you still choose free shipping, your luck is in kustom's hand ... you make your choice

Received my Wangan Midnight ps3 yesterday from PA..after i open the package, what i found is this -

P-A won't mind. the game very cheap, if u ship back to HK and then ask P-A to reimburse you for the shipping, also no point. anyway, ZOE2 can be played on 20/60/80GB sets. quite awesome! |
