you use free shipping kah?

yup last year xmas lost my package using free shipping... total value was rm200 something only. already more than a year and my package still didnt turn up here

dont worry lah try give it another 1 more week and see how

i kena last year enough already... items was shipped out on 10th dec 2006 and till now also didnt arrive yet! getting the refund also not easy then another forumer that tumpang order together also screw me up after that since that screw up incident i dont simply share buying things with others... learned my lesson the hard way!

true... after few emails with PA i was given a full store credit. actually there were 2 options, resend the same items using free shipping or refund with full store credit. then spoke to the forumer that tumpang buying with me. he told me since i am getting a full store credit so he dont want to buy his item anymore which was the halo3 faceplate! i was like wtf! i thought resend same items but we top up with fedex cost lah but this forumer just cancel off his order. well i learned the hard way should have collect money earlier from him. thought that sama2 360 geng members so nvm lah can collect money from him later.

in the end, i bought my item and use the socalled halo3 faceplate refund store credit and paid for fedex!

off course without instruments... complete package with instruments is above rm600

free shipping = FREE = free waiting

try wait till end of this week... if still nothing then you should email PA

rm100 and below no prob using free shipping. but anything above rm200 better use fedex.

it's normal 10-14 days on free shipping. sometimes 3 weeks also possible. but like your case kastam clearance on 17th but a week later only arrived that means pos malaysia's fault

agreed with what bro edvpc said... different ppl different choice so you dont have to worried about us that on limited budget that always go for free shipping

quite impress for the first time. bought 2 items total US$50.80 then use coupon discount US$10 off total. choose free shipping. package was sent out on 30th april and surprisingly package was delivered to my office today in perak! very impress

but if use office address also kastam will sure definately tahan your package too... unless your got someone working in a gov agency tumpang his office address

for me... if use home address need around 2 weeks. but if office address then 1 week only and normally immediately kastam put DILEPASKAN

if more than 3 weeks you only can email PA and inform them your package still not here yet. then PA ppl will need around 2-3 weeks for investigation and if nearly 2 months still not here then you'll get your refund back. you cant call POS coz no tracking no.
