Ordered dozens of times from them already, I am waiting for two packages from them as we speak.
The timing is normally 9 or 10 days, there was once it reaches me in seven days! (WE2008)

One advice I can give is make sure your postbox is large enough to fit in the package (if you are using Air Economy Bubble), otherwise people with itchy hands will just take it if it stick out too much.
They do send game out one or two days earlier if you are lucky.

Postman knocking just now, I got my game, shipped on Dec 14. So keep your finger crossed, should arrive this week.

Same here, the estimated delivery date is 24th Dec and till today, it's no where to be seen. This is in fact the second time they send the same item (a book) as the first one was missing. I use the same address as those PA orders but it's proven that I have no luck with Amazon.

Asked myself the same question yesterday and I checked their website, they got a Track & Trace thing, but doesn't seem to track normal parcel, just those with PosLaju

That's no good... I'm planning to get a few psp games in one FedEx delivery in March...

I've been using office address only so far and it's pretty reliable.

Also, if last year is any indication, shipment will be slow during year end.
