same concern too. however, reading the thread, it doesnt happen to specific new or old cardholder.

if you got standard chart gold mastercard, you oso can use it. rm 1500 for rm50. don concentrate on online transition only. then use ur ezycard to pay insurance as well.

I applied for physical card.

called them, apparently according to the service center only 1st topup you can use credit card
subsequent topups are only via fpx or cimb atms

no idea how @jkngo2003 did his topup

the only logical explanation i could think of is it is only available for old customers?

I plan to apply for physical cards too but if cannot reload via credit card, I can discard this whole plan.

e.g. <rm50 balance only show cc option? no continuous reload with cc (e.g. reload-use-reload)? etc etc

My guess is that the new cards need to be activated first.

i recall the first time reload can use CC, after that only transfer method available.
i cancel the card last year.

not sure weather they have change the condition, but their official website never say cc reload available.
