i recall the first time reload can use CC, after that only transfer method available.
i cancel the card last year. not sure weather they have change the condition, but their official website never say cc reload available. any new success applicant have that cc reload as 2nd time onward? |

actually there are no cc reload from 2nd time onward. so you cant call cs to make it appear again. guess some of people just lucky to have that bug on their account/
