guys, share the exact steps you did on the reload..

1) applied, received card, activated, reload with cc? then cc option no more?

or

2) applied, reload with cc, received card, activated? then cc option no more?

2) applied, reload with CC, card not even arrive, straight no more cc

how long does it take to have the money in card refunded?

perhaps wait to activate first, then see if the cc option available?

if not, then use credit a bit, then try again.

there must be a trigger point to enable the cc option to reload

I checked through their website but it doesn't have options for CC reload? I only saw FPX...

I wonder whether after the card arrived & activated, will the cc option reappear.. Or how can we complaint to CS to make this appear.

actually there are no cc reload from 2nd time onward. so you cant call cs to make it appear again. guess some of people just lucky to have that bug on their account/

the whole site is outdated le. they added new cc reload option probably migrating to ipay88 payment gateway.

even jkngo2003 did mention before only can be reload by bank transfer, now there is a credit card option in reload portal.

It is unsustainable for the business to accept reload by credit card without any extra charge as they need to pay ~2% to ipay88/bank. Possibly they only allow reload by CC for the first time to encourage new user to activate the account.

The extra charges is getting lower nowadays..

It's ok with the FPX transfer. They won't charge you any service fee for the reload. I have done it using maybank2u

So currently can't reload using CC ?

I have just applied and top up my card (first time) with my CIMB CB. Can anyone confirm that I will get the CB from CIMB since it is by iPay88 (online)?

Also, when i test and try to top up again, the credit card option is gone.

It is true that BNM's PCRF is lowering the MDR for our CC transactions.

But for CNP(card not present) transactions, the markup charged by the gateway(like ipay88) on top of the interchange fee is the major contributor to the processing cost so it is still high compared to card-present transactions.

But cannot use credit card right?
