it's not the college, really. it's the students. that particular batch was with a hypercompetitive bunch of students and not to mention brilliant too.

yup,the students, some of them went to outside i,e additional revision class at mcorange,kasturi..so i dun think sunway alone achieve it.. its subjective lor.. last time if im not wrong around 2006 i think, the individual(name hidden due to privacy issue) is the sunway top affiliate, but u saw individual name in FTMS top affiliate too.. so?? hmm.gif so, its the person itself, how much u study..the way u study notworthy.gif

King_ston, I don't think i can answer that question.
I'm doing my P1 and P3 under mr goh and marcus, though.

However, as for comparisons with Sheila and Parminder Singh, I can't help you. I don't know how they are.

Mr Goh.
the way he teach is sometimes a dictation style, some may like it, some many not, and I personally think because it's the 1st sitting, his direction of preparation still isn't that clear. But the paper itself is somewhat dull, and requires a little more effort on your part.

Mr Marcus.
A more question oriented approach and very entertaining when he goes into storytelling. But sometimes you'll feel he's wasting time, but generally he covers all the topics quite well. And prepares you for q1(50marks) very well.

As for Sheila and Parminder Singh, ask the rest. I've never been under them.

Mr Goh is a good lecturer.Trust me,I have him as my audit lecturer for P7 and he makes the class real interesting (and has alot of story telling too).
P1 however,is a problem,as it's a new subject. He himself recognizes that he has problems making the class interesting. But he's still did a good job for the first sitting imo

So far, it is not stated anywhere in the acca rules.. But rumours pass on such story.. not too sure how much truth inside it..

it might make sense though, to fail because you lack fundamental knowledge.

Frankly, I think take 4 papers is too heavy ... (I have experienxce b4)....

I thkink next time I will take two papers .... (I sat for 3 papers this time, but already prepare for failure, how many times I already fail ?? blink.gif )
*
haih.. cuz our coll.. has the privilege for us.. we had our internal exam in Sept, and it was a DISASTER..
so college came out with this idea where, if we students, get to pass the external exam..
we'll be granted a pass for our internal exam as well..
im smart now, next sitting onwards, i will only take 2 subs..
