Yes you must be a degree holder to get this salary ... but you must pay out more than what they're willing to pay you ...
they're hiring bcos of one specific new position inside recently dumping alot of ppl there, doing sales, if you don't like insurance don't ever take the offer .. makes u just another insurance agent outside |

Definitely will succeed, I find that public bank don't really impose quality in hiring at all, they wrote the job posting as "management trainee" for sales one, you apply for something they throw you somewhere but infact you're just another sales person outside, and they do not value you at all. Unless you're under credit ... even IT there's people complaining.
2.8k this is what you get, you want money or you want future knowledge and experience you decide. |

U take 2.8k but u have to expect to work late and after 12am..u can learn a lot there as freshie, a good stepping stone for ppl in IT field. Normally freshie left after 2-3 years there or gaining enough experiences2.8k this is what you get, you want money or you want future knowledge and experience you decide. |

QUOTE(ronaldoo @ May 9 2008, 08:16 PM) I have been working as a graduate trainee for PBB for 1 month.I joined without any experience in banking at all.I did not even do banking in University. ..Yes the pay is RM 2800 for ANY DEGREE holder. Not all GT's are given sales roles.Anyway,in sales you have the potential to earn so much more than in any other field.I was in credit for 1 month. Now in operations.Traning here for 1 year. After 1 year training, will be given Senior Operations Officer title. This post has been edited by kevin23: May 13 2008, 09:42 PM |
