i am one of Bukit OUG owners and hv not received any letters on application of strata title. the deadline is set by who? i bought a unit 5 years ago
is your lawyer also the same lawyer that prepared the SPA for you? do i now contact my previous spa lawyer. TQ

I was told by a lawyer that normally for strata title, it goes back to the loan lawyer as you will have to deal with the bank who gave you the loan.
you get at least 50% discount on the legal fee. But if we came in a group, sure the lawyer do not mind giving bulk discount.

Anyone has any experience?

If your case is before liquidator took over, it will be long process. Kindly contact bessie Loo & associates they are very experience.

Added on June 13, 2011, 9:41 pmKindly collect your strata title guidelines from the management office.

If u do it before end of july, You have to pay 1% verification fees to the liquidator to verify all your docs. Then only you may continue to the next process of strata title application.

For those who already went thru the verification process will be much easier.

Yes is my SPA lawyer, because their hv all my documents, jz ask her CTC the documents will settle the issue. Basically, the application needed all the CTC copy of the agreement.

If i am not mistaken, you oni needed to pay 25% lawyer fee from ur purchase price/Current purchase price if use back your SPA lawyer.

IF use another lawyer, u needed pay 50%.

this whole are is getting hot now..
with all the protest and all..
although this will delay my zr bt at least it will make trinity to be aware of the safety...

他说，市政厅将确保发展地段将与邻近古腰河保持7公尺距离，作为河流保留地，以免影响河流结构。

“市政厅今天将致函要求该研究院展开研查工作，一旦调查报告出炉，当局将应居民要求召开汇报会，向居民讲解报告内容。”

他今日会见武吉华联公寓居民代表后，向记者这么发言。该区居民较早时在民主行动党士布爹区国会议员郭素沁带领下，向市长反映他们反对当地高密度屋业发展的心声。

居民：发展破坏基建

居民强调他们并非反对发展，而是当地三项高密度公寓计划严重破坏原有基建，即绿肺、斜坡、交通流量、古腰河及衔接至大路的主要桥梁，发展地段更与他们的住所距离不及20公尺，罔顾居民安危。

阿末弗亚指出，当地共有两项屋业发展计划，市政厅以该区即将拥有轻快铁服务为考量，批准其中一个发展商兴建每英亩400人密度的房屋，而发展商只是将兴建每英亩240人密度的住宅单位。

市长：发展难免砍树 胥视发展商是否拥准证

针对居民指责发展商砍伐树木及破坏绿肺，阿末弗亚认为，开发地段作屋业发展计划难免需要砍树，前提是有关地主或发展商是否拥有发展准证。

据市政厅一站式服务委员会报告，该委员会仅通过发展商提出发展申请，并未正式发出准证，当局仍需调查。

至于该区另一个发展地段，阿末弗亚指出，有关发展商提出兴建每英亩500人密度的房屋发展申请，当局基于该项申请有违市政厅的发展指南，目前仍未批准，正待收集民意后再定夺。

另一方面，武吉华联公寓居民代表陈佐翰指出，该区居民已成立行动委员会，并将号召附近其他公寓，包括亲善村的居民齐心支持这项行动，确保住宅及人身安全。
