TQ you get at least 50% discount on the legal fee. But if we came in a group, sure the lawyer do not mind giving bulk discount. Anyone has any experience? |

TQ If u do it before end of july, You have to pay 1% verification fees to the liquidator to verify all your docs. Then only you may continue to the next process of strata title application. For those who already went thru the verification process will be much easier. TQ Yes is my SPA lawyer, because their hv all my documents, jz ask her CTC the documents will settle the issue. Basically, the application needed all the CTC copy of the agreement. If i am not mistaken, you oni needed to pay 25% lawyer fee from ur purchase price/Current purchase price if use back your SPA lawyer. IF use another lawyer, u needed pay 50%. |
