Good news~ the good begin of our protest!

DBKL will stop the developer clearing the land immediately & do investigate on that. Once they know the developer cleared the land without permit, then the developer will get fine.

The best is stop/shrink their development , must preserve the forest.

No to increase the density from current 60/acre to 500/acre , 200/acre OK.

Yeah this is good news for Bukit OUG, we do not need to have sleepless nights worrying of landslides or anything bad with the hill slope.

Heard that the Mayor only agrees to check if the developer breaks any of its regulations. If yes, then only they will be asked to stop work....Not sure if this is DBKL's usual delaying tactics.... it might be a long drawn process before an actual 'stop-work' order is issued..... Looks like our mgt will have a lot of follow-ups to do with DBKL...

Anyway, at least good start 1st....for sure we need JMB keep follow up~

You are right, it's good that at least we started the ball rolling... then we would need the JMB and all the tai-kos and tai-ches like u guys to help protest and protest to keep our homes a nice place to live in..

Kiara Resources Properties today just display their start work notice board. Got Permit number some more, OMG~which mean they get the permit from DBKL already?

How come "cadangan" & starting work notice was allowed to display together...
