I heard from jalilview ppl thier project is right next to this condo. Selling quite expensive if compare to bkt oug.
If compare bkt oug is a very good buy. Any idea?

I recently bought one 1448sf unit block-5, checked with Parasana (LRT company) the main station confirmed is right infront of BKT OUG condo. However still doubt about this plan kindly check with DBKL, MPSJ, MBPJ, PRASARANA OFFICE.
Btw, i'm seriously considering Jalil View. Any input guys? |

Soo many project coming in near by this area, one jalil , the z, km1, 308, parklane oug, tiara mutiara, exsim(the tree developer) hv another condominiums@bukit oug/bukit jalil. :clap:
but i still like bukit oug condo, today i just book 1 unit 1222sqf from agent. rental return vs price this condo very high! :D |

Any forum-er go to auction house bid for the 1465sqf next Monday??
Wednesday i call the auction agent ask about that unit, he "LCLY" ask me what my budget then said " tiada 220k budget no need come, waste time only"? Dono 1222sqf and 1448sqf can go for 330k to 380k Ada "chansi" ah?? |
