guys how long for the debit card to get it delivered, apply 2 day ago. ninja van tracking show pending pickup still......

What's the common consensus here with regards to Ryt's support?

I engaged them today because one of my foreign transactions didn't get its cashback & he was going in circles with copy-pasted responses, asking me to repeatedly give him 2 minutes to check.

After half an hour, he said he'll revert via email instead.

cant blame L1 support la

they basically following script or standard answers ... they may now have knowledge or authority to check beyond surface-level account status.

missing cashback is more to logic, certain rules not met, or bugs; which L1 Support obviously has no access nor able to resolve on-the-spot for you.

Not exactly blaming but since it was my first time contacting Ryt support, I just wanted to know if my experience was a one-off thing to better temper my future expectations.

For example, back when BigPay was the "first" eWallet, their CS was able to resolve most of the basic inquiries so that was the benchmark that I used as a gauge.

The app's chat function is quite limited as well, in the sense that if you hit your phone's "back" button too much, you'll accidentally exit the chat & have to queue again. Therefore, it was quite a chore to keep touching the phone screen every few minutes with nothing useful being mentioned by the CS. sweat.gif

just got my ryt debit card recently

then use it on maybank atm machine, it shows need RM1 transaction fee
then I cancel already

I thought is FOC on any atm machine whenever withdraw money?

or should just ignore the message on atm machine whenever show RM1 transaction fee?

it will deduct the RM1 fees and reimburse later.

If you want to withdraw 100, you need to have 101 balance.. Otherwise cant go through it will say insufficient balance..

does anyone know if there's a way to disable email notification for every single transaction? I QR Pay or duitnow to friends frequently, it spams my email inbox. Can't find any settings in the app.
