What's the common consensus here with regards to Ryt's support?
I engaged them today because one of my foreign transactions didn't get its cashback & he was going in circles with copy-pasted responses, asking me to repeatedly give him 2 minutes to check. Therefore, it was quite a chore to keep touching the phone screen every few minutes with nothing useful being mentioned by the CS. |

just got my ryt debit card recently
then use it on maybank atm machine, it shows need RM1 transaction fee then I cancel already I thought is FOC on any atm machine whenever withdraw money? or should just ignore the message on atm machine whenever show RM1 transaction fee? If you want to withdraw 100, you need to have 101 balance.. Otherwise cant go through it will say insufficient balance.. does anyone know if there's a way to disable email notification for every single transaction? I QR Pay or duitnow to friends frequently, it spams my email inbox. Can't find any settings in the app.
