I got report to their Ryt customer service, wait another level teams to reply of this matter.

Not weird 🤦‍♀️ it is normal because banks have control not to allowed all billers on jompay onboard because of control and costs issue because jompay it is not free on bank side as they would have to be charged on commission for the service from jompay
