I was doing my routine checks and i noticed Ryt Pay Later appears in my CCRIS report.
The Application and the outstanding itself. First time seeing the Buy Now Pay Later category in this report.

But its pretty nice to use it and get cashback... rarely use TnG anymore.

Meaning you want to buy shopee voucher with Ryt card? I don’t understand your question.

Otherwise, I’ve used the card for RM8 off voucher before. The virtual card has 16 digit num. Just add the num like any other credit/debit card. At checkout, select the virtual card num to pay. Make sure there is money in the main account. Move fund from savings pocket if needed to.

I just realize I did not receive the overseas spend cashbank in my account

Anyone facing the same issue?

Edit: Found it, they credited that into the save pocket instead of the main account. That's weird.

How's their exchange rate compared to GX?

I think there is no cap, right?

It is unfortunate GX and Ryt card can not be linked to Google Wallet but Wise can

It uses VISA official exchange rate with 0% markup currently

https://www.visa.com.my/support/consumer/tr...calculator.html

Much better than Wise I would say, it's very close to spot rate

And, never face any issues in Australia but be careful of card skimming tongue.gif

Criminals installing an additional layer outside of the card insert slot in the ATM / card terminal that reads & copies your card details.

I believe exchange rate is determined by Visa or Mastercard. Bank just add/deduct a small percentage as their bank charge.

So better to enjoy the promotion while it last. GX bank card used to have that offer also. Not sure now.

So it is better to use Credit Card in this case? Because it will be the bank taking the loses?

Better to use those "prepaid cards" when overseas....

So your loses would be minimal.... CC also one good options.... Because you can dispute with the banks.... Mostly can get back the $$$.... I meant cancelled the transaction....

Yep agree dt freeze/unfreeze functioning. CC problem is how many times you gonna send in dispute claims esp if simultaneously holding multiple CC's is surely testing for the user.

Can you please tell me where do they credited to you? The main account, same as the daily interest?
