No packet loss currently but ping is abnormally high, normally to 1.1.1.1 is about 5-10 ms, now it's about 40 ms.
My office in Kuchai area, ping to 1.1.1.1 is about 3 to 4 ms. Peak hours will be screwed again, most likely. (Coincidentally, pinging 1.1.1.1 over 5G is also about 40 ms, maybe they are using 5G somewhere along the backhaul) This post has been edited by ssslayerrr: Oct 27 2025, 09:23 AM |

QUOTE(joehann @ Apr 29 2025, 04:42 PM) Of course 500mbps for RM90 because for 300mbps, even after deducting 6 month free bill, monthly for 24 month will be RM89.25 which is almost the same with the 500mbps offered to you but you only got 300mbps speed. But things you need to check is for that 500mbps RM90 package, after 24 month, bill and speed maintain at RM90 and 500mbps respectively? if yes, then this is the best offer you can take now. Hmm, what if they said yes , after 24 months, the bill and speed maintain at RM90 and 500mbps respectively. But after 24months, they changed what they have said?. Is there a way to have black and white or ? |

Requested termination on 21st, received call from Unifi today asking for confirmation of termination and counter offer. First only mentioned 500mbps at RM90, I had to pushed the fellow if got anything else only then he offered 1 year Disney Hotstar. Funny thing is more than two hours later only I received an SMS stating Unifi agent will contact me shortly to validate my request and give best offer......
Tunggang terbalik SOP..... Now wait and see how soon they swap the package and send me a new router. |

Hi, anyone was offered by TM to upgrade to 500Mbps with iPad/Smart TV by adding another RM20?
Is the iPad deal worth it? |

QUOTE(Jason @ Oct 17 2025, 12:47 PM) Thank you boss. I submit online 1 week nobody call me. Today I walk in Unifi shop — not dealer ya it’s TM itself and casually tell them wanna cancel, she ask why. I said expensive. Astro offer me RM90 for 500mbps. She said eh TM also got this offer from HQ, she asks a colleague, I pretend I dunno say TM website don’t have I checked. Since your walked in, was the change reflected in their unifi selfcare / myunifi app on the same day or?Now she processing. RM90, 500mbps 2 years contract. Internet only. |
