How did you get live chat to note down your request for marketing agent?

Currently still using TP-link C1200, originally turbo upgrade to 300mbps for free with hyptv. But after 24 month they revised to higher price, refused to let me stay at cheaper price so I downgraded to 100mbps without hyptv.

Now I wonder if they offer SWU 500mbps will they provide new router.

Also Disney hotstar is just an account or do they provide TV box as well?

Just did submitted feedback as well through app. But a bit sot sot, end up the app submitted 3 times I think cause received confirmation email from noreply@tm.com.my 3 times.

Downgraded long ago, no more contract. Service start date for 100mbps September 2020.

But yes, the NAT Boost is better than orange router la, now the skyworth router not bad without Nat Boost, I guess the processor higher raw power solved it. brows.gif

And yes, you can ask for new router, as they will prefer to upgrade your modem for higher speed stability, but it will be Modem + Router combo, if you wanna more stable, then you need to buy another router.
But, based on me tested for years, this skyworth combo router/modem good enough liao.

Use separate modem, TP-Link AC1200 router set to bridge mode. It may suddenly restart itself once every few months.

Before this when I didn't have a separate router, TP-Link AC1200 restarts itself almost every night. When I put a laptop cooler pad under it, the situation became once every few nights. Separate modem improved the stability a lot.

74.8mbps out of 1gbps........ damn... you will get better performance from 5g.

Ignore the top most result. I was testing 4g. 2nd and 3rd result from U mobile Ultra5g. The rest U mobile under DNB.

Requested termination on 21st, received call from Unifi today asking for confirmation of termination and counter offer. First only mentioned 500mbps at RM90, I had to pushed the fellow if got anything else only then he offered 1 year Disney Hotstar. Funny thing is more than two hours later only I received an SMS stating Unifi agent will contact me shortly to validate my request and give best offer......
Tunggang terbalik SOP.....

Now wait and see how soon they swap the package and send me a new router.

Speechless.... I specifically told the unifi agent to arrange for weekend, the fellow said technical team will call me to make arrangement. Now I just received an sms and they set an appointment on Monday without consulting me.🤦🏻‍♂️

Check service date when you login to unifi account on browser, ownself add 24 month to see if you already pass that.
Like mine shows year 2020 so already in service for 5 years.

It is none of their business why you want to terminate especially if after contract. Complain to MCMC.

Just got the installation done, Skyworth GN630V, I reinstalled back my old setup ONU-Alcatel -> Mikrotik -> TP-link C1200(bridge mode/wifi transmitter).

It no longer work despite the techncian showing me the unifi user and pass still the same.

Mikrotik was set by my brother last time, the unifi login user and pass is here. The TP-link works as a wireless AP only.

I plugged the wrong port for Alcatel ONU. Plugged to LAN 1 working fine. So now I dare to try set Skyworth to bridge mode cause I want Mikrotik to continue as my modem/dialer.
