Isn't this a bit a risk? You give request id to TM and hoping TM counter. What if TM just proceed the request? Now you got astro + astro fiber.

LOS - should be off when working normally. It's Lost of signal, if got issue then it's on.


Router - try with another power supply.

IP to location is best guess only. Manual select server in KL see any different. Or test with fast.com

Why you always claim Astro Fibre is not stable?
Do you have any proof or experience?
With the same infrastructure, the only difference probably is public IP or private IP (CGNAT) but this is not an issue or indicator to justify stable or not stable.

Take note the same infra is at end-mile only. End user till TM exchange. After that to the internet is up to service provider. So the experience while using the internet is not the same.

That's very weird. Do you get the TV Box before? I believe this will shown as RM20/m add on.

Same here Kajang. fast around 10mbps. Speedtest some still full 300 speed. But Internet seems very slow.
