M2U won't be displayed full card number - only last 5 digits for AMEX.

My gold card approved in 7 working days - today I see it in the MB2u page. Not bad they gave 25k credit limit.

For the Amex's Amex Gold CC, I receive individual letters for each bill from MBB regarding the submissions I faxed in about >1 month ago.

Basically it is saying your TM/mobile/TNB/etc. account number listed below is approved for auto paybills. bla bla bla, else contact CS at 1 300 88 6688

This is to confirm you not to pay manually for those bills anymore.

However, I still have one TNB bill not yet approved and no news. Guess I have to call them

juz called mbb ... stil no submission despite already more than 1 week past

then i complain , the cs say the branch oways compile then onli they submit so i question her , its not tht i apply yesterday n check for status today , its been more than a week , any compilation disregard with the quantity shud b submitted ... so if tht particular branch doesnt receive any application for the next 1 month , so im gonna wait till they achieve a certain quantity??? ... lastly the cs onli ask me to inquire the branch ... she dont even lodge a proper complain for me ....

start to fed-up with mbb liao la ... even the benefits they offer oso no cure liao ... really disappointed

You do have another option. You can fill up another application form and fax it in, along with all your supporting documents.

Update: I call up MBB on the 2nd TNB bill. They say approved for auto-pay, but may only start deduct from Sep onwards. I ask how come no letter as the rest I received it. They say in process

No. You can't. You may however, add it into your list of favorite payee so you can pay for the card directly from your Maybank savings/current account.

If you'd like to keep track of your spending, you need to register it at American Express Malaysia

My application data has just been recorded in the system today. I submitted the application on Monday morning last week. It took more than 8 days for them to START processing my application. The CS officer asked me to patiently wait for another 2-3 weeks for the status.

Hopefully i can get before 1st Septemeber for longiness watch.

My ex-gf applied for Amex charge card, and MBB took 3 months to process her application and call her to inquire something!

Haha... you get the idea. I suggest to call up MBB CS once/twice a week to follow up and push them to process faster. Else, 2-3 months.

I'm an impatient type. In fact, I called them every alternate day!
