well i applied my amex gold cc last week ... a few questions

1) how long does the MR points valid?
2) for those 5X pts ... do we hafta pay a fee to enrol such as the turbo programme?

thx ... now waiting them to send in my card .... i think shud b approved

walao ... i called customer service ... they say NO submission ... wat r mbb doing le?already 1 week not even submit the form

juz called mbb ... stil no submission despite already more than 1 week past

then i complain , the cs say the branch oways compile then onli they submit so i question her , its not tht i apply yesterday n check for status today , its been more than a week , any compilation disregard with the quantity shud b submitted ... so if tht particular branch doesnt receive any application for the next 1 month , so im gonna wait till they achieve a certain quantity??? ... lastly the cs onli ask me to inquire the branch ... she dont even lodge a proper complain for me ....

start to fed-up with mbb liao la ... even the benefits they offer oso no cure liao ... really disappointed

i called twice n they stil havent submit ... now i'll juz wait till they either send me the card or called me for verification ... if i dun get this by the next 2 weeks ... even the approved later with 1 million credit limit oso i dunwan

shud i go to the branch n ask or better stil i re-apply thru online?

1 more question ... i'd asked in the credit card thread but no 1 answer me
for oversea spending ... visa n master , which offer a lower conversion rate??? although most bank charge 1% on top of the rate but the rate visa/master will determine the nett amount also rite???

n citibank platinum visa oversea spending 2x reward points no more??? i tot its a permanent privilege

damn it , after 3 weeks mbb stil havent get my application submission ... tht sales ask me apply tht time say she no sales ... now no submission pulak ...

im thinking of applying again thru another branch ... mbb need existing cc over 6mths or 12mths period??? damn i juz cancelled all my older cc ... all left now is those i got this year
