hahah.... when my GR done something of course i will whack him not with stick or cane but with my hand, i don't use stick or cane i don't want him to afraid of stick or cane... sometime i paly paly with cane.
i tell you 1 funny joke... my GR done wrong
i take a small cane sit on my chair with angry face and say... ben come here... he come sit infront of me.. i say give me your hand ... he lift up his hand to me ... i hold his hand and beat it with cane lightly (myself oledi laughing)... my wife saw it also laugh say like school student teaching..
when they wrong i will pull them to the place ask them to see i will say WHY .... NO... they face look guilty and i will comtinue until they don't do it.
My GR love play water especially after bath that day he still remember water in night rain come he will sleep there make himself wet so just clean again lo.. now raining come i will tie him up later he learn rain must come in and bath can play water hahaha...

mine is 28 kg the last time i weight him - the vet said the weight is ok. He is going to be 14 months soon

My GR loves water too - and likes playing in the rain. We don't let him out when raining unless to do his business. Then I have to stand at the porch and jaga him so he won't run to the open area and play in the rain.

I think GRs have a universal love of water. My Chelsea ar... if bring her anywhere and she sees a puddle of water, she'll jump straight into it. Funny thing is that she don't really like baths tho - maybe coz we 'scrub' her too long.

What she loves is the ear cleaning and combing afterwards.

shushu hate ear cleaning, want to clean his ears is like having a wrestling match with him.
Combing still ok, everytime i take out his comb he will quickly grab his nylon bone and lay on the welcome mat so i can comb his fur while he is busily chewing his bone.

Ya normally how you all clean the ear? ben ear hole too big and i just put my finger and dig it clean with a soft cloth. combing ben love it everytime i pick up the comb he will stand still let u comb for hours also can.
Won your 28kg 14 months what is his height?? leg to shoulder. ben is 25kg 11months height only 20" do you think is too short ?

Yes meh? Abby and Chelsea likes ear cleaning alot. The only time my dad can make Abby to quit bouncing around after bath is to tell her "Clean ears". Waa, immediately she freeze and jump up on table to wait for the ear cleaning. Chelsea ar... when clean her ears, her eyes will macam roll back and she make the 'nggggg' 'nggggg' sound. Face look shiok some more.

Added on November 16, 2007, 12:07 pmMy dad clean by wrapping two cotton wools around his fingers and stick it inside their ears. If the inner ear dirty, he use the stick like thing to slowly clean.

Prince hor got scabies, I think because affected by others dog. Now treating him. Vet said about 10 days to cure. But problem is I suspect it come from neigbour dog. How to prevent prince been kena again next time ah ?

*So need cancel prince JT tomolo enjoy ya others furkids ! Will bring prince to another parks... alone

Just prevent him from mixing with your neighbour's dogs le. If they keep coming into your house, you buy those green fence thingy and put it around your front gate.

Take care of Prince le. He already so thin, if scratch so much some more, later become thinner. If Prince sick, later I go your house hantam you.

What happen to prince? sick ka?/ why very thin ka?

today i brought roy out to shishi at the garden, dono wat happen just woke up or wat, his aim so bad, go shishi on his paw.. until all yellow had to bring him near tap then tie him there cuz he scared of water spray.. then have to wash his paw

i understand now..
hmm.. my house dun have a cane wor..
but after get lecture from me, she seem do not dare to do again la..

ya.. Goldie loves the rain.. when rain comes.. she go outside and play wan.. even after bath..

erm.. my Goldie bath how long also can.. after bath.. must run far far away wan.. if i also will get wet..

when i take the comb out.. the first few minute hard la.. then be easy.. she will guai guai down and let me comb her... even know how to turn when ask her to do so..

today i just bath Goldie, normally sunday morning only bath her, but tomoro bring her go see vet.. so bath her today..
after bath, was a tough time to dry her, i cant manage to dry her properly.. haiz.. nvrmd la.. when got sun, she go for sun bath..
man.. she does know how to enjoy life and take care her self..
Tomoro, Saturday my brother bring Goldie to see a vet, there is a infection on her leg.. and is getting bigger.. OMG! is like human get a scar, then dry will have black skin wan.. that black skin was small wan.. now is big!

oh.. skin problem .. have to take care..
Normally my GR when i see something funny color on his skin i will just apply "hot spot medicine" on it first.
i don allow unknown dog come near my dog unless i know the owner really take care of her/his dog
if not i hamtam them away spray water near my gate to make them away.
yesterday palying with my dog then we use a scale to weight him .... Wah guess how heavy... 30kg la..
Thinking what to do next??

yalor.... my neigbour not take care their dog de... use dettol to bath the dog and not proper de-worm, heart protection and never bring to vet... haizzz what to do... just avoid prince to play with them ...

yesterday my bro bring Goldie to the vet, from wat i heard from my sister, i dint follow them go..
my sister say that the vet say dun need to scare coz no blood yet.. WTH!
then when reach home, dunno scratch the spot or wateva, she start bleeding.. got blood wor.. wat kind of vet is that o..
then nvrmd lor.. tips or instructions also nvr give..
then nvrmd still.. just say is a small matter.. put some ubat kuning or blue i guess, like small kids fall down, then put the yellow or blue color medicine wan.. those lor..
so my sister apply some to her leg.. now seem dry liou.. ok la. i guess. hope will really get well soon... dare not bring her far far from house for poo2 also, scare she leg pain later..
after apply the ubat kuning.. dry liou.. she go lick her leg.. the seller say is not poison.. lucky..

Omg Kokifung, don't ever use human medicine on dogs. It doesn't work that way. Last time my cousin's Rottweiler was poisoned to death after licking on the medication that they bought from dunno what shop. The seller also say it's not poisonous.

Bring Goldie to another vet if you're worried but DON'T EVER use human medication on them.

THis sound serious, since the scar is getting bigger. Maybe you should seek a second vet opinion.
Does goldie lost fur on the black skin area?


Hmm, the yellow one can be used on dogs - last time shushu also his vet said can use for small wound to disinfect. He said it is safe for dog even licked.

1st vet asked Nothing 1 is normal skin problem, until 1-2 weeks later the issue getting serious and i go another vet and it found out and prince got 2 injection (1 soon) :-s
