InsideurHeaven Im here!!!! Its time for me to show off my golden retriever!! His name is Ron and im very proud of him. Because why? He is huge!! And one more thing is.. I rescued him!! Yeah.. he is almost 2 years old and his bad habit is still the same.. jumping on me when he gets really excited... hate it but happy when see him running around the field. Hmmm, I do give shushu some cod liver oil and brewer yeast(+garlic) now and then. Cod liver oil for a nice coat and boost up the immune system. Brewer yeast for better skin and +garlic to deter the fleas and ticks. That's all.

I used to give him some Vit C when he was younger to boost up his immune system too, which was under vet prescription after he recover from tick fever. I don't give other multivits. I don't like multivits types. IMO - sometimes, too much or wrong combination is not good, and may be harmful to the furkids. I think it should be fine if you feed them good quality food, which has included most of the essential vitamins they need.

i feed him full meal.. probest as the vet intro one then potato carrot meat and rice everyday. night only full meal morning and evening is snack time.. one cup of dog kibble added with some snack.

yeah cooked for him so he is full at night. wont kacau me whole night ma.. wakakaka... ProBest dont know if you heard of that or not.. It has the needs for GR as the vet intro to me. Same with my shihtzu. They are chubby and fat after eat this brand.

Ohhh... ICIC, i saw this brand before... Cool~~ I like my choi choi to be chubby but seems like she still not yet very chubby~~ kekeke... I saw 1 9 weeks GR in a petshop, he is so chubby and fluffy ... So lovely and cute, make me drool~~

hmmm maybe give him more to eat gua.. Keke i also duno why Ron is huge. Big bone maybe.. He is fat and heavy.. alwiz jump on me on the field to push me down. He likes to run around the field and chase me.. LOL

BigBen: No training classes here in JB that i know of..so i have to train myself..lol.. he is very mischievious.. mock fighting with my grown up retriever all the time..growing up very fast at this stage

insideurheaven:generally a good indicator of what colour your retriever puppies will turn into will be looking at the tips of the ears and tail where the colouring is usually darker. i expect my cream pup to be creamy with a tinge of gold when he grows up.

hi bigben,long time no see.yea,i gave him brewers yeast to prevent ticks recommended by vet coz got garlic.but i don't want buy from him coz he sold in small transparent bottle le and cost rm 12.he increased from rm 10.don't know why also.i caught ben with ticks on his body.so vet ask me get brewers yeast and cod liver oil for his fur.

ben is growing up like his dad liao... woah... hope to hug him... hehe... by d way why dont want to use tick collar? prevents tick.. like Ron using now..

does it really work ah?js dunwan chemicals around him la.he's still a puppy.don't want all those chemicals.

i dont think its spray chemical lo. its a collar that wears it all day. it works i guess coz i put ron outside the house. full of kutu but only boyboy and others shihtzu kena and not ron. so i think it works after all! its expensive for me.. rm35 for a collar but den worth it bah... giv it a try!

owh is it?scared la.he's too young.some more,his new blue collar i bought for him is way too big but he didn't try to take it off also.he's so skinny even though he ate a lot,drinks a lot too and bite my treadmill kaki liao...dad was really mad at him.at least he learn something frm there.stop biting the treadmill.anyway,i dont know if the tick collar can fit him bo.coz now he's small ma.wait till he's bigger bit lor.
