just came back from Tokyo this morning.. the weather is quite unrelenting.. been raining very often... the worst was yesterday.. been raining the whole day zzzzzz.. went to yokohama but can't do much.
but overall japan is a great place to visit. exceeds my expectations for many aspects. btw while i'm there Uniqlo were having sales for their UT series. i got myself quite a number of Metal Gear Solid tees for 990 yen each. quite a bargain i would say. |

The Shop concept like this:
All Vending machine.... Entrance got a UT catalog...the catalog will show all the T-Shirt Code...take down the code and search for the vending machine that have this code... Buy your shirt like buying drinks from Vending machine...very new experience This post has been edited by RegentCid: May 16 2012, 11:58 AM |

Though I bought my tix RM515 early this year. quite incredible you guys got it so cheap, I got it at RM900++ per pax on return tix on Airasia promotion yesterday midnight.....I'm going to tokyo on April next year, sakura blossom period With no promo it's 1.2-1.5k. 18C.. seems like I need to wear more pants and no dresses. ^^; May I know which period you guys booked the ticket? ur ticket is cheap.. Question here, I'm going for 9D8N...except for Tokyo whereby I will spend at least 2 days at disneyland & disneysea, I planning to go Kansai region (OSAKA, KYOTO), is it enough or should I just focus on Chubu & Kanto region??? QUOTE(eric84cool @ May 17 2012, 10:07 PM) quite incredible you guys got it so cheap, I got it at RM900++ per pax on return tix on Airasia promotion yesterday midnight.....I'm going to tokyo on April next year, sakura blossom period I bought mine Feb this year, when they announced that they have daily flights to Tokyo now. May I know which period you guys booked the ticket? ur ticket is cheap.. Question here, I'm going for 9D8N...except for Tokyo whereby I will spend at least 2 days at disneyland & disneysea, I planning to go Kansai region (OSAKA, KYOTO), is it enough or should I just focus on Chubu & Kanto region??? Current promo very limited, I think most cheap tickets were gone within the first night. I'm going 8D6N, one day in Disneysea.. the rest in city + Yokohama + Hakone. Should have taken 10 nights minimum - sad that I don't have enough days to slot in Kamakura, Nikko, Kawagoe, Disneyland as well. Even for city areas seems like I have limited time to spend in each place e.g. Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Akihabara, Ginza, Roppongi, Asakusa. I myself thought 6N was too much, until I started doing research and I have so many places I wanna go! My advise - look up all that Tokyo has to offer then see if you have enough time left to slot in Kansai. For me, best to just stick to Tokyo and go on another trip next time focus on Kansai alone. Well, it also depends on your own interest. |
