Adoi.. kena blackmailed liao  sad.gif  biggrin.gif  Anyway, if transport expensive I hv to reconsider liao.. blush.gif

Added on February 3, 2012, 11:39 amWah why suddenly there is a surge ppl booking Horidome Villa  hmm.gif  ohmy.gif ..Anyway.. my plan is to take the limousing bus to T-CAT ~ 800M South of T-CAT. Thereafter I'm thinking of walking there.. not far.. I hv been walking further than this elsewhere haha. Taking taxi, Regentcid mentioned earlier 1st KM, 710yen so ~ RM28 to that hotel..abit pricey for such a short distance  blush.gif  Also I will be carrying backpack of < 7kg the most..So easy to walk lah.. If on budget, I learnt lesson elsewhere liao - Do not carry luggages. Very difficult to carry esp using subways

thanks for da reply haha. yeah i just saw you and another forumer booking da hotel. and the reviews on the net seems promising.
how much is the limousine bus to T-CAT? and do they operate this late at night. i'm guessing for me if i reach haneda at 10:30pm and after immigration probably around 11:30pm.
And when you say T-CAT, you're referring to this right.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokyo_City_Air_Terminal

and what do you mean by 800M South of T-CAT? hmm hmm.gif

thx again

I got the info from here:
http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2430.html (900yen) but earlier forumer got a specific rate of Yen800 b4 Midnite & Yen 1600 (Worry now) after midnite)  sweat.gif He most probably refering to this: http://www.limousinebus.co.jp/en/bus_servi...aneda/tcat.html  But this is only 1 company and I think there are more (HOPEFULLY  notworthy.gif )

What I mean is Horidome is 800 metre South of T-CAT. you can actually walk to the hotel. From wikimapia/googlemap Wth google earth pgin.. you can see clearly the 3D image of the messy flyovers above T-CAT. I suspect this is T-CAT. i.e below the flyovers beside Park Royal Chou-Ku. So I will use Park Royal as landmark & starting point and walk North (Wth handphone compass haha) towards the hotel  blush.gif

Added on February 3, 2012, 12:17 pmWahh..tnx.. rclxms.gif  Really appreciate it.. gonna pinned this on 1st pg  biggrin.gif dunno what present wanna give u now..probably a virtual kiss ala Middle esatern style  biggrin.gif

Added on February 3, 2012, 12:28 pmBTW.. What things cheaper to buy in Tokyo compare to KL and what are the recommended malls to visit?
*
i think i saw it . The T-CAT is under the flyover right.

http://maps.google.com.my/maps?saddr=%E6%9...z=17&via=1&z=21

but hmm walking at midnight. seems like the road is quite straight but scared get lost niah.

hi all,

i am interested to rent a pocket wifi at Japan as there is no sim card available for tourist... but the price is kinda expensive for me (RM288 for 10 days). i jus need to use whatsapp during my trip... is there any other cheaper way?
*
RM288 for 10 days for 42Mbps bandwidth up to 5 devices. would you consider that expensive? If you're travelling alone maybe but if you travel with 5 ppl and split it evenly. seems reasonable

just came back from Tokyo this morning.. the weather is quite unrelenting.. been raining very often... the worst was yesterday.. been raining the whole day zzzzzz.. went to yokohama but can't do much.
but overall japan is a great place to visit. exceeds my expectations for many aspects.
btw while i'm there Uniqlo were having sales for their UT series. i got myself quite a number of Metal Gear Solid tees for 990 yen each. quite a bargain i would say.

I'm going next week.
Planning to visit Kansai in 2014, after USS opens its Harry Potter attraction first! haha
@Human Nature : Just a tip for you, before you choose between Disneysea or Disneyland, check the rides closure dates, if too many rides are closed for one theme park you might as well choose the other one so your money spent will be worth it! Also some days they close at 6pm, pick the date where they close at 10pm! lol
So far my itinerary
Day 1: Tsukiji, Ginza, Imperial Palace (touch-n-go), Shinjuku (Kabukicho)
Day 2: Asakusa Sensoji area, Akihabara, Odaiba
Day 3: Yokohama (Yamate, Harbor View Park, Chinatown, Yamashita Park, Osanbashi Pier, Minato Mirai)
Day 4: Meiji Shrine, Harajuku, Shibuya (+Tokyo Tower+Roppongi if possible)
Day 5: Disneysea
Day 6: Hakone
Day 7: Shinjuku (metropolitan area)
I skipped: Ueno Park & zoo, Ikebukuro, Roppongi (most probably), Kamakura, Nikko, Kawagoe, Tokyo Dome, Disneyland, Studio Ghibli, some notable museums, aquarium, stadiums, ramen museum in Yokohama, lots of nice parks, and a free 2-hours tour of Imperial Palace
*
Hmm for me Odaiba would be a day. so many things to see.. well for me that is. didn't get to explore Palette town fully and also didn't manage to go Lalaport. I took the himiko from Asakusa to Odaiba. Not sure if you can slot akihabara in between though. Just make sure to visit DiverCity in Odaiba smile.gif

Haha I've read up on Odaiba, my main reason to go there is tour inside Fuji TV and snap pic with Gundam and of course the bridge. Not too interested in shopping or games. Well, my plan is not final. I'll have to modify as I go along. Who knows I ended up liking one place too much and have to slot the rest of the itinerary somewhere else. XD

some pics i managed to snap 2 weeks ago
