You guys better hurry, I got that feeling this is going to be a while stocks last basis from Samsung. Funny their social media or Facebook never mentioned this at all. Even their armies of influencers quiet mouth shut.

Could it be that Samsung only repair the screens instead of replacing them? Based on the this pricing table from Samsung. It's "cheaper" to repair. Perhaps that's why it usually took them a week or more to get the replacement done (for this free screen replacement program). I don't know. I just assume stuff.

Agreed could be certain parts become fried due to overheat & Samsung just replace the part cos my S22U after put in freezer become okay no more green lines pink lines but still have the top left light sabre when switch to 120hz.

Hey guys, latest update of my S23 Ultra.

I decided to go to the service centre (Pandan Indah branch) to try my luck on requesting free screen replacement. Surprise surpirse. They do have free replacement campaign ongoing. However, it's not announced to the public. Don't call. You may not be able to get the correct answer on this. You have to pay a visit to the service centre to enquire. The staff don't know when is the dateline of the campaign though.

The procedure is quite simple. On Friday I left my phone on the spot, they sent it to the HQ and did diagnosis at there. Monday finished repaired and they called me to collect the phone. Brand new screen. They also reglued the back cover. Labor fee RM85 + SST.

Although I already jumpship to Honor, I am still glad to have my S23 Ultra back to pristine condition. Hopefully the vertical line won't happen again. And yes, I will never update my S23 Ultra software anymore.

Press the screen, factory reset , put fire on the edge of the lines and many more. Nearly all not working like they shown
