it seems they approve accounts is not according to the first come first serve.

Forget about them. I will stick to GX and other banks.

some profiles just need more checking and it's specific to each bank. all banks the same. my gx took few days.

So strange. My GX took 2-3 hours only. Bank Islam was instantly.

Absolutely understand but don’t promise 24 hours during sign up
I fine with mbsb and rize both took me 2.5 working days each as they never promise how soon
But since aeonbank stated 10min - 24 hours they should work on it
And issue apology statement if they failed
Another irritating is not follow queue

Yes, I agree on what you said. If they can't fulfil it, don't write 10mins - 24 hours.

Rize does mention it takes few minutes but sometimes takes 1-2 days. So this is fair and acceptable if you write this.

Contrary, AEON bank did not.

First impression to me:

1. Just launched and already fail to meet their "agreeable/promise" statement; what a shame of the bank?
2. Checking of account is not done in according first come first serve, but pickup as what you like?

i transfer some from rize... rize saving pots weird cannot edit or delete... aeon the app ok la not half baked ... can edit can put target... also got round up savings for qr code payment.

Mine also not activated yet.

I have registered on Thursday afternoon.

I just called their customer hotline. Seems like clueless.

They checked and say my account already activated in their system and Ask me uninstall and reinstall the app which still the same

Say need to escalate internally to check

The CS dont know anything one. That time I called regarding registration issue, give me stupid solution. I emailed them later on, also get nonsense.

Also, it was so noisy with many interfering background noise. I can hear VERY CLEARLY the person sitting next to him talking to another customer on the phone, that I can barely hear the CS guy myself. I ended the call as he was just wasting my time.
