issuance fee for physical card rm12 waived (now promo), but annual fee rm8 i think need to pay. So seems to be better no need physical card.

are you talking about the AEON Member Plus Visa Card? I think can apply in Aeon Wallet App. Aeon Bank virtual card can be activated in the Aeon Bank app.
