No, if the image has issue, they can re-request to reupload.

The verification is very slow. Unlike GXbank, which took me 1 hour only although it was done at night.

Interface is bad. Be U by Bank Islam is fast and interface is very friendly.

I got my account within 5 mins.

Yes, I agree on what you said. If they can't fulfil it, don't write 10mins - 24 hours.

Rize does mention it takes few minutes but sometimes takes 1-2 days. So this is fair and acceptable if you write this.

Contrary, AEON bank did not.

First impression to me:

1. Just launched and already fail to meet their "agreeable/promise" statement; what a shame of the bank?
2. Checking of account is not done in according first come first serve, but pickup as what you like?
