Do u have a copy of SWU 5.0 TnC? No need to register unifi mobile?

I have checked these Skyworth 2.5G ONR, someone hire me to fix it

first, Skyworth 2.5G ONR using MediaTek, still use ancient binary blobs, example: ancient `boa` just like D-Link
second, Skyworth 2.5G ONR can't Bridge if OLT says NO, their firmware fully respect OLT, unlike D-Link
third, many late Unifi deployment, high chance FHTT OLT is there, thus 2G performance is vary:
PLOAM start with 001xxxxxxx (new customer = issue)
PLOAM start with 0001xxxxxx (old customer = no problem)

then...

1. I disable TR069 and VLAN209 on ONR
2. Call 100, report internet problem
3. Customer Support proceed to reboot ONR
4. ONR rebooted
5. ???

With ISP management like TR069 disabled, TM still have full control of ONR

For me, I against ONR, I would much prefer ONT + Router, so far only Maxis and Allo provide ONT + Router.

That's interesting. Any possibility TM is the one doing the firmware?
I find it weird both OEM uses the same shit under the hood. That means D-Link and Skyworth has the exact same security issue.
Since TM has their own mobile app that control wifi now, I got a feeling this is the case.

So since a lot of misunderstanding regarding this picture SWU5.0 package, today i have free time, i dropby again at TM Point Kepong to ask and get final info on this SWU5.0 package directly from outlet. Anyway my house is just around 5-10 minutes  from this outlet easy access

I show above picture to them, to be exact 2 of the staff that handle SWU upgrade say,they doesnt acknowledge that package and said thats not from TM

The 100mbps doesn't make sense, in their website is already showing RM89, and it doesn't have to bundle with prepaid.

From website you can't get free 6-mth waiver, hence SWU.

I signed up for this SWU 5.0  same as you (RM89- RM10) last 2 weeks, but agent require me to sign up RM39 Unifi Mobile Postpaid (Need to pay the RM39 in advance)

Just now checking with Unifi Live Chat, actually no bound no contract for that Unifi Mobile number, can terminate directly

So i wonder does this Unifi Mobile sign up is actually necessary or just agent punya cara for them to achieve their KPI/sales

got anyone facing this issue, my friend apply for SWU 4.0 after the contract is expired, when receive the bill the price for the package is different then the price that tm point staff told him, any idea ?

what is the price did the tmpoint staff told him?
