im able to get RM79 for 100mbps and 40 unifi tv kids package.

my order in unifi app stated as stay with unifi 4.0 extra. im an existing customer with expired contract. previously was on 30mbps (free upgrade to 100mbps) with ultimate unifi tv for RM149

best use PC IDM can get full speed for LAN Cable only not wifi

Yes, call them to ask for public IP. May need to show proof that you are using something which requires public IP.

Just straight away tell them you want to change plan to SWU 4.0 100mbps. This SWU plan is not available in their app, only can do at Tmpoint and for existing users only.

Well it is because you get 6 months free, i know that is the case with SWU3. There are loads of people on this forum that have great deals/plans for crazy prices, i myself would have gotten a good deal ish if i had applied for SWU3 earlier but it is what it is.

there is nothing to indicate in the app that the package "unifi home 100mbps swu 4.0 extra" is RM79 per month. I have to wait for the full month bill. but as i understood and agreed upon with the unifi agent, im getting 79 per month.
