Before it was smooth 6ms - 8ms with no request timeout, now this.

I also got upgraded from 800 to 2gbps pro upgrade last month.
Im paying 309 inc ultimate pack with no additional charges.

1st i contact tm livechat request for my 1gbps free upgrade and agent created ticket for it. 2 days later tm call stated i got 2gbps upgraded instead and i happily accept it. It take 2 week after call for my order to create.

Nothing else was offered to him. They only said they got this one only for him.

Mine is 800mbps, RM239/m since 2018. I've seen people here paying as low as RM170 for the same speed incl UnifiTV.

But I don't even have unifiTV, only the white hypptv box that came with the old 100mbps package, which I don't even use.

Right now, still no sign of the free upgrade, and I also don't need the 1Gbps or the unifitv. But there is no option to keep the 800Mbps with lower bills, so I'm screwed.
