yea.. the 1st program.. need password

people2 just where can i get those themes with those super nice flash menus (especially icons at bottom screen ones). i reallyx3 want that on my phone. or how can i enable my themes to have flash menus like that (on the video at pg19)...phewh glad i let it out, it is just cooool, just so jealous of that latin dude.

i went to SE Authorised Dealer ask the D pad fix how much..
it costs me RM80...

oh yea 1 more thing, my phone is R1JG001 so it means mine is CID 51, rite.. question is can i copy the .xml flash menu (originally .swf flash menu converted by XML sourcegenerator) to my phone using the phoneXS sware? i undersatand that i need to do this to mod my themes to have flash menu.. i really appreciate any replies.

You want that menu? Just try this first.

1. Downlaod the .zip file I've uploaded and upzip it.
2. Startup and connect to XS++ (I assume you have backed up your GDFS and installed W850i's USB driver into your comp), click on GDFS and then Start GDFS.
3. After the directory tree has been loaded, navigate to /tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash.
4. Drag and drop the .swf file (inside the unzipped file I have just uploaded) into the Enumerated Files area.
5. Scroll to /tpa/user/theme.
6. Drag and drop the .thm file into the Enumerated Files area.
7. IMPORTANT: Hit Shutdown before you disconnect your phone.
8. Check out that theme in your phone.

Let me know if you have any problems doing that. Please do not navigate to other places inside the GDFS and do stupid things.

thnx DFlo...i tried..but i fail, spent the whole thaipusam day on dis but still fail, what i get when i connecting phone to xs++ was dis:

i figure it could be a driver problem, so i installed everything on the pcsuite cd step by step.. i try connect to xs++ again..same thing happen. i said to myself..patience..it will be worthwhile.

Added on January 23, 2008, 7:09 pmBravo bravo bravo it works fine, LAVA works. thanx alot DFLO. so now for me to create my own flash menus to go with my desired themes (nice if its animated theme) is to use Tugzip sfware and the XML source generator, after that upload both .thm and . swf to my phone, correct me if i'm wrong.

hail DFlo the Oracle of w850i..hihi. guys, how the hell can i extract the original themes to my pc ?? xs++ cant seem to do it. i guess u guys figured it out, i need the original themes to mod.

Well if I'm not mistaken, you'll need FAR (with SEFP) to extract files from the phone. XS++ can't do that yet. Sad.

eh, dear w850i users,

does it worth to buy a 2nd hand w850i for Rm650 including 1Gb memory card?

and, is there any problem regarding this phone such as auto restart and etc?

How old is the phone? Whats the condition of the phone (rate it from 1 - 10)?

I have been using the phone for 8 months now, and i have never come across such problem...

been using this model year +, its rare facing such auto-reboot issue. (only when after open too many j2me app & load in huge playlist on walkman)

IMO, rm650 is on those tip-top condition unit w full package.

i rate it erm, 8. the slide is still tough and no scratches on the screen. the promoter said it's only 2 months old.

tip-top condition? by how? no scratches at all? full package? erm, they include a 1GB memory card and charger. that's it.

i'm careful owner, cant find any scratch on my w850i

What about the mirror behind the phone? Not scratched yet??

Mine also looks new, except for a very very very very very faint scratch on the mirror...

haruyap, 8/10 for a phone used in 2 months gives me an impression of a rough user.

In my opinion, 650 for a 2 mth full package is acceptable la...
