Well, I cannot 100% say it's firmware problem, but what I can 100% tell you is that I also kena problem like that before.. White screen but still can play songs, and everything.. What I did was re-flashed the firmware and no problem til now (around 1 month already)..

Yep ssyy, the authorized SE service centre in Amcorp Mall does provide this service even for AP sets.. PM shan1029 for more info.. She works there..

What I can advise you is try to flash it yourself 1st.. Cuz some AP can flash using SEUS (a free-of-charge official SE program used to download the firmware file and flash it into your phone) and some cannot.. If you unlucky, cannot flash, then only you bring to the service centre lor.. Just pay some $$$ to get it done..

And by the way, we don't mind questions here.. n00bs or pros, we are all friendly people..

Yep, they'll change it.. But if you're to change the entire casing for the phone, prepare a hefty sum for it..

Yours is AP, no? If you're going to an authorized SE service centre, for sure they'll charge you $$$. I have no idea exactly how much you must pay, but it won't be cheap, bro.. Unless you wan to change the faceplate only..

Flash menu is not on themes. It's on the phone body itself. You have to mod it to have more flash menu.

Anyways, to 'enable' flash themes on the phone like what KTCY has mentioned, you have to:
1. Edit something inside the theme's .xml file, and/or
2. Flash a .swf into the phone.

Yes, but in order for a theme to be able to use the .swf file, we need to 'instruct' the theme to do so.. We can do that by editing something inside the theme file..

Er, if yours is not an ori set (not Midland, not Thorus), they would charge you a small fee for firmware upgrades.. If you want to do it yourself and don't have an idea how to start, PM me.. I'd be glad to help..

I can't tell you 100% what's the problem bro.. But if I were you, I'd try to correct the firmware problem first (means I'd re-flash the firmware through SEUS).. If problem persists, I'd go to SE's service centre..
