hello guys. have any 1 come accross this so called "white screen of death"? i m desperately need u guys help..

it happened 4 weeks ago. it started with white screens. then it hangs / or turn to black screen. after restart the phone, it will be alright.. for 30 secs, n white screen thing came back again. n hang. n so on.

i brought back to the guy who sold me. n he brought back to his supplier. after 3 weeks, they said its jus a LCD prob.cost rm 100, which i paid.

the phone was working reli well, for 3 days. n now, its happening again! freaking piss. don feel like bringing back to the seller now..

since mine is a AP set (11 months old),

1. can i actually go to any SE shop to service/ fix for me?
2. does flashing the phone would totally fix it? or is ita hardware problem? or is this the so call 'white screen of death'?
3. how much would it cost to fix it?

any 1 with such experience at all? pls help..thx guys.
appreciate any advise that i could get from all of u...

guys, may i noe if i bring my phone to SESC, how much would i be charge roughly? how long does it take? n would i get a temporary replacement phone?

latest update. my phone seller.. talked to him jus now. he said his suplier cant find anythin wrong, for a week! it works fine they said ... they said might be my memory card got prob..passing me back tumoror. do u guys think its relevant? have any of ya guys came across this prob b4?

he advise me to flash/reformat my 1 gig memory card...

i sent my hp to sony service center in amcorp mall. they said its software prob. cost me 150. shit. diz problem been buggin me for 5 months, evan after i change my board (my handphone supplier claimed, 2 months ago). this would be the 4th time masuk kilang (3 times went to the shop i get my AP set from.. din go back there. totally lost my confidence on them. those morons. )

gone dy. they said have to change the whole motherboard. rm 980 i think. well, decided not to. there goes my phone.. therefore, take good care of urs. its a reli darn good phone. too bad i aint have the luck for mine. so long..

i m weirdo. i must be the only 1 who still hang on to this phone, evantho there's like most of my frens switched to android / iphone. LOL
