I like this phone very much.. it has alot of cool features and the speakers are GREAT... just one thing.. the slider =.=.. its LOOSE... i wish i can fix it

I finally got my handsfree replacement. In exchange, there goes my warantty card. Long story behind.

Anyway, I notice that all this while handsfree was just part of my problem, the port connecting the handsfree and the phone is the main idea.

Where can I find a nearest SE authorised dealer (or shop) near ANY KTM/Star LRT/Putra LRT for fixing?

And anyone have any idea on how much will it cost? I'm sick of my local shop.

You mean the D-pad or the LCD screen? If it's the LCD screen I doubt that. If it's the D-pad, it's a very common issue among w850 users. After some period of usage, you'll get some hairline cracks on the D-pad

Actually, the hair line crack is very much depends on the usage of the phone. A friend of mine has never face this till now after using for a year. So, don't play game with the D-pad

I was just merely using it for normal sms-ing. No games at all. Worse still the top and bottom part cracked
