Today got a reply on the ticket with standard, useless reply from Digi asking for more information for validation, basically to extend their SLA by asking some standard question, and asking for overly sensitive, personal question.
Where can I report this issue that Digi is trying to collect excessive personal information  mad.gif  ?

ok. this is something shixt, i had lodge the report last sat. they had reply once with same question with u and i had replied it. Until today no more update. but i problem is my line being terminated before 60 days grace period end.

visit celcomdigi center to get back the number
dont know the new celcomdigi kuning biru follow xpax or digi

ori digi is 90 days grace period

for termination tricks what i normally do is just subscribe to the new or best offer plan and it will auto switch.

sometimes a better plan or reload rm20 bonus show up that’s when to make the decision, subscribe another plan two days later and burn away the current data/hotspot etc.

btw, current plan comes with free 10gb monthly and the main is left untouched

Yeah. They are cunning. They offer rebate etc. while you still have current plan yet to expire.

I think what I will do now is to wait first before subscribing to any new plan. My workplace is walking distance to the place I stay. So the free basic data can keep me connected to WhatsApp etc. is sufficient.

Overall first impressions? Night and day difference from Yes.

Their 4G actually works (duh). There is a speed cap when using 5G (100 Mbps) but it's not noticeable unless you do speedtests all day.

it is better to claim the 6 month fiber rebate before jump to celcom One pro? currently wanted to take the celcom one but I saw if I upgrade my postpaid, i can claim 6 month fiber rebate

u must turn off before 23:58 on the day before the actual expire date.

I think it renews at 23:59 sharp....

Is the best monthly plans for data on Celcom Digi prepaid just limited to 2 notable ones, namely 5G25 and Next15? Are many of users using this 2 plans on auto renewal basis?

There is better than celcom Digi own plan and using celcom Digi network , you can go explore beone prepaid but buy n use at your own risk

Anyone know how to tell this problem to Digi properly? I tried via MCMC , app ticket all doesn't work
The SINR inside tunnel of MRT Putrajaya Line have a very poor results 1db which resulting worse 4G experience
No 5G atm , this happened since the launch of MRT
