I unable to claim 6 month 300mbps from celcomdigi due to the fiber is riding on allo, which monthly rm89 instead of rm 139

is your fiber riding other isp like tm/allo/time? if yes, try ask your neighbor if the experience same issue. last time in cyberjaya, there is quite los fiber connection but its due to isp riding ( allo ) who has issue

Notice on cyberjaya, their dnb 5g tower celcom has been tear off. Maybe due to network merger

mine use since oct 24. celcomdigi fiber under celcom. and riding on allo fiber. stability eh, i would rate 6/10 as the 1st 3 month, there was fiber down due to allo problem, then after that their pppoe server went down. shoot support email and also trigger mcmc complain, then get free 1 month rebate.

Routing was okay. 1st month has issue with zscaler but now resolve. price if you got promo, then okay can ambik. their device router sucks so dont bother.

this few month so far stable. would i recommend ? yes if you ambik mcm one pro with device or company sponsor your bill. else pick tm or any primary fiber provider as they (cd) tend to depend on their fiber riding. if down then picang. my area, cd fiber, astro fiber also riding allo

most likely digi. you can try to raise ticket and see if their network team capture your problem

according to someone from 5g modem topic, the dnb 5g use ericson/europe/us cell tower based ( correct me if wrong) and works well on SD modem. while for the non SD modem, tend to has a bit issue but not noticable. thats why sometimes use can see latest SD processor phone with SD modem has better connectivity to 5g dnb network

just need one app to view all your CD or C or D account. no need both app installed. but their app sometimes cacat. lagging
