The current offer of rm10 for the rm39 is not attractive at all if one never uses such amount of data. Rm25 is already an overkill for me.

Besides, may I also ask about this rm100 reload with rm20 rebate box of surprise offer. If I reload rm100 today I will get rm20 free credits 2 days later?

mine came at bos few months after the rm25 plan was introduced.
have 2 esim from digi for rotation, depends which sim offers a better deal.
the rm100 reload with rm20 bonus is dang good deal though. Digi reload bonus come 2 days later, so need to plan wisely.
my last reload was rm30 with reload bonus rm6, and the auto renew for this month cost was rm4 😂

hope the rm20 reload comes on time before my auto renewal of the current plan (rm25), but if really it does come earlier, i can terminate the current plan so it does not auto renew then i can activate my own plan with the free credits again rite?

but BOS only sometime will show reload RM100 get free RM20, not sure when not show free RM20 we will still get it or not.
Currently my BOS same as your screenshot only show free data.

Next time see properly again before reload 😂 , my bos reload RM 100 got rm 20 bonus but I don't reload so much , every month I only reload RM 30 is enough 😂😆

I decided to port out my Yes number to Digi prepaid.

I already received the "switch to Digi is being initiated" text but I haven't received the confirmation text from Yes. How long does it take? The store says about an hour but I googled it may take 48 hours?

lesson learnt... it is only becos it has rm20 credits previously so i tot it was the same when i saw this offering in the box of surprise...

i also do not need so much reload... becos i only use the rm25 plan... even reload rm30 exceed what i need also... but good thing for digi is that we do not reload 1 day for rm1 to keep the line active even buy a plan can extend the validity... so chances for excess credits inside the account will be lower.

my experience when i port from hotlink (maxis) to digi i initiate the port out in 10:30am, probably i receive the sms to reply to confirm port-out at around 3pm++, u can use it as reference for ur case...

I also using rm 25 plan , every month I just reload RM 30 then manually subscribe the plan again , so left rm 5 as balance in the account , sometimes reload RM 30 got rm 3 bonus then left rm 8 inside account n accumulate for few months can just use the balance inside to subscribe plan again the data inside around 40gb every month also cannot finish 😂😆.. hehe..

Anyone has issue with their postpaid data plan dropping by half since mid of last week?

One of line under family plan data went down from 10GB to 5GB. Calling the help desk seems to be the standard answer something went wrong during system update and many customer faced the same issue.

Waited for 1.5 hour to meet up a Digi representation at Digi Center and was only told not able to resolved and logged a ticket. Was told that I should get an update by today.

Today got a reply on the ticket with standard, useless reply from Digi asking for more information for validation, basically to extend their SLA by asking some standard question, and asking for overly sensitive, personal question.
Where can I report this issue that Digi is trying to collect excessive personal information ?

yeah... this is what i do in the previous months too...

yes, 40GB is overkilled.... i can never exceed the usage.. so even the rm39 plan has a rm10 rebate, it is not worth it to subscribe to it...

i think i should change mine to manually subscribe instead of auto... easy to control...

Only by last day before nenew plan , immediately stop the auto renew at Digi app setting there , make sure connected to wifi first before deactivate auto renew , every time before auto renew , I will deactivate auto renew n manually subscribe by myself 😂

my usage is very little since mostly on wifi.
for termination tricks what i normally do is just subscribe to the new or best offer plan and it will auto switch.

sometimes a better plan or reload rm20 bonus show up that’s when to make the decision, subscribe another plan two days later and burn away the current data/hotspot etc.
digi likes to play around with calculations🤭

btw, current plan comes with free 10gb monthly and the main is left untouched
