DiGi / pek kuning users not affected

Basically only Celcom or blue camp is affected. If you can manage your number using the Celcom Life app then you're in blue camp.

Their core network not merged yet but that will happen soon.

I just tried converting eSIM from my iPhone directly, and it worked well!

However, when I first tried using the website convert to esim, I encountered an error stating that the plan was not eligible.

Yes, so long as you can receive OTP on the other device with your sim inside.

Theres a discrepancy on what deals are shown on my old celcom life app just4me and the new celcomdigi for you tab. On old celcom life i got offered rm15 100gb 30 days but its nowhere to be seen on new celcomdigi. I've even got sms few days ago telling about that offer. Super weird missing stuff.

Finally found a chance (time and patience ) to figure out what went wrong.

Simply put, I didn't (have never) set Face ID to unlock my iPhone before, so Biometric Verification couldn't work.

Turned on Face ID to unlock my iPhone, and went through the verification on the CelcomDigi app. Smooth success after that. Rest of my numbers appeared in a short while.

So with face id its more easier right?

Easier to access/unlock, yes. But security-wise, I guess it depends on individual's opinion.

Noted, basically face id will be less hassle and best for security purpose 🙂

i dont see any setting in my cheap android phone for it..
so my verification failed all the times..

That thought has come to my mind, coz I've to help a friend with his account next, and it's an Oppo phone.

I encountered the problem because I've never used Face ID on my iPhones all this while, though I knew it's an option before. It's until now that I needed it for the CelcomDigi app that I activated it.

Now I've to figure it out on that Oppo phone.

If your phone has an option for Biometric Unlock (Face ID and/or Fingerprint or maybe even voice), then I guess it'd help. Otherwise might have to visit a Digi Centre for help.

No FaceID then use fingerprint, for sure there will be a biometric feature on your phone unless you are using a super old smart phone.

Yes you can.

You can use fingerprint for Android. FaceID for iphone

Android also got face recognition just like face id via iphone

celcomdigi app more bank than bank

I faced this same message when I tried to clone the app on my phone.

Looks like they removed this plan from the app. No longer available.

3 out of my 6 digi lines still have this option.
